Deposits & Payments

A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation and will be charged to the credit card provided: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover.

The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to check-in and will be automatically charged to the card on file unless alternative payment arrangements have been made in advance.

Room Occupancy

The Paddler's Room accommodates up to two guests.
All other rooms have a maximum occupancy of two guests per room.

Check-In & Check-Out Policy

Check-in is available anytime after 3:00 PM. As part of our contactless check-in experience, guests will receive their room access code via email on the day of arrival.

Check-out is by 10:00 AM. As there is no front desk, no formal check-out is required-simply ensure the room is secured upon departure.

What to Expect Before Arrival

To ensure a smooth and seamless stay, all check-in details are provided in advance.

On the day of arrival, you will receive an email with your room access code and arrival instructions around 1:00 PM. This allows you to check in anytime after 3:00 PM at your convenience-no front desk or in-person check-in is required.
