Cancellation Policy

1 - 6 Nights' Stay:  You are free to cancel without charge up to 5 days before arrival, at that point your credit card is charged the full balance.  Rooms then canceled are refunded only if re-booked by another guest, with the refund equal to the re-booked rate.

7 or More Nights' Stay:  Includes the sum of 2 rooms (ie: 2 rooms reserved for 4 nights each = an 8 night reservation).  A $100 non-refundable deposit is charged when the reservation is made and the remaining balance is charged 1 month prior to arrival.  Rooms then canceled are refunded only if re-booked by another guest, with the refund equal to the re-booked rate.
