Deposits & Payments A $25 per room deposit is required at the time of reservation and is charged to the credit card you provide. For special event rates the deposit is $125 per room. Some rates may require different deposit amounts, which will be specified at time of booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of check-in and will be charged to the card on file unless other payment arrangements have been made. If your reservation is being made within 7 days of the check-in date then full payment is required at the time of reservation, including any taxes and fees. Room Occupancy Only two guests per room. Our Carriage Suite can accommodate up to four guests if prior arrangements are made. There is an additional fee for setting up the extra bed and this is only offered for multi-night stays or full house rentals. Contact us if you have any questions. Check-In & Check-Out Policy We are open for check-in between the hours of 3pm and 7pm on the day of your arrival. We are a small operation and do not generally have someone sitting at the front desk, so please let us know if you are going to be arriving at a different time than what you specified when you made your reservation. Check-out is 11am on the day of your departure. If your travel plans necessitate different arrival or departure times please contact us to discuss. We will make every effort to fulfill reasonable requests and can always provide self check-in instructions for guest. Quiet Hours To ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests, we have established quiet hours between 10pm and 7am daily. During these times we ask that you be mindful of both your personal and electronic device volume. Visitors We love this historic building and want you to share it! You are welcome to entertain visitors in small numbers during the day both in your room and in common spaces. You can have a maximum of four adult visitors only between the hours of 7am and 10pm. Please be mindful of the noise you and your guests make. Smoking There is a strict no-smoking policy within this building. This includes vaping. We also ask that guests do not smoke or vape on the veranda (exterior patio), balcony (accessible to guests who book Seaside or Clubhouse rooms), and back porch because of the proximity to entrances. Feel free to smoke outside on the grounds, although we ask that you fully extinguish and dispose of your smoking refuse into exterior receptacles. Children This property includes a lot of antiques and other sensitive furniture so we only allow guests aged 13 and older. Frankly, it won't be that fun for kids here anyway as it is really more of an adult space. However, we make exceptions for full house rentals. Contact us if you have any questions. Pets We allow pets ONLY in our Carriage Suite with a $40 pet fee per stay. Pets are not allowed in any other part of the building. Read our pet policy for more information. Rewards All guests will be automatically enrolled in Stash Rewards at the conclusion of their stay and will earn points from every qualifying reservation. If you wish not to be enrolled please notify us before your arrival.
