Deposits & Payments

A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation and is charged to the credit or debit card you provide. The remaining balance is due on the day of check-in and will be charged to the card on file unless other payment arrangements have been made.

Room Occupancy

• No more than four guests per 1-bedroom cottage. • No more than six guests per 2-bedroom cottage. • No exceptions.

Check-In & Check-Out Policy

• Check-In time is any time after 2:00 PM • Check-Out time is any time before 10:00 AM

Important Property Rules

• No smoking indoors. • No pets are allowed on the property. • A cleaning fee of $250 or more may be charged if a cottage is left unreasonably dirty or if property rules have been violated, including smoking inside a cottage or bringing pets into a cottage. • Cottage assignments are subject to change, and guests may be relocated to a comparable accommodation if needed.
