Terms and Conditions

We want your stay at the Louisville Bourbon Inn to be a memorable experience. Whether you're travelling for business or pleasure, our goal is to deliver excellent service and to go beyond your expectations. Please take a few minutes to review these policies and feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Single Reservations

All single reservations are non-transferable.
You cannot transfer or assign a single reservation in your name to another individual or party under any circumstances.
You must show a valid photo ID when you check in that matches the name on the reservation.

Group Reservations

For group reservations, where multiple rooms are booked under a single name for the benefit of the group members, each guest must provide their own identification when checking in.
The person making the group reservation remains responsible for ensuring all group members comply with our policies.

Deposits

You must secure your reservation with a deposit. For Special Events, the deposit is 100 percent of the cost of your stay. Special events include (but are not limited to): Kentucky Derby, Bourbon and Beyond, Louder than Life, St. James Court Art Fair, PGA Tournament.
For all other reservations, the deposit is one-half of the total amount for your stay; OR the full amount if you're only staying one night.

Rates and Taxes

If you book for or close to a special event, our rates might be higher than the rate shwon on the general suite information Web page.
We are required by law to charge the following taxes: 6% Sales Tax, 1% State Transient Room Tax and 9% City Tourism Tax.

Smoking

No smoking except outdoors in designated areas.
A $250 cleaning fee will be assessed for anyone smoking inside. No exceptions!

Candles, Incense & Fireworks

Lighting candles, incense or fireworks is strictly prohibited anywhere on our property. A $250 fee will be assessed for anyone using candles or incense in our suites.

Alcoholic Beverages

The Louisville Bourbon Inn holds a license to resell alcoholic beverages.

Additional Policies

No pets of any size are permitted.
Service animals we must accept by law are subject to an additional $500 deposit.
Check in is from 3-7 PM Eastern time. If you need a late check in please call us in advance so we can arrange for your arrival.
Check out is 11:00 AM
Some suites accommodate three adults, and there is a $40 charge per night for the third adult.
A full gourmet breakfast is served daily.
Professional photographers, including wedding photographers, can take pictures on the premises after paying a $250 fee. The fee is waived for onsite weddings. All photos must credit the Louisville Bourbon Inn.
