Cancellation Policy

We will have a 7-day cancellation policy. Your credit card will be run 7 days prior to your stay. At the 7 day mark, you are financially responsible for your stay, if you must cancel we will try and re-book your room. In the event, your room resells you will be issued a gift certificate in the amount of the rebooking minus the $49.99 cancellation policy. Reservations canceled before the 7day mark will be responsible for the $49.99 cancellation fee. Please understand by making your reservation we are telling other potential guests that room is no longer available, therefore, you are responsible for the $49.99 cancellation fee if you are unable to make it.
