Terms & Conditions

Stanton House Inn has limited availability, with only 21 rooms.
As such, we strive to plan your visit as well as possible in advance.

We make every effort to accommodate all lodging requests. If we need to change a reservation, we either upgrade or move guests to a room with similar amenities.

Child Policy

We only welcome children over the age of 12 to stay with us.

Group Bookings

Please call or email us so our concierge staff can help you plan and book a unique experience for your group visit to the Stanton House Inn!

Smoking Policy

For the comfort of all our guests, the Stanton House Inn is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is permitted outside at least 20 feet away from the building. Smoking in the room will result in a $400 cleanup fee.

Pet Policy

The Stanton House Inn is happy to accommodate dogs in our pet-friendly rooms. We do not allow pets in all rooms because we want to ensure that our inn is a comfortable place for all our guests, including those with allergies. There is a fee of $25 per pet per night that will be automatically added to your reservation.

Weekend and Holiday Stays

We require 3-5 night minimum reservations when booked in advance for weekend and holiday stays. We will shorten the minimum night requirements in the week before the weekend or holiday. Payment

Stays are paid for 72 hours before check-in. We charge a 15% deposit when reservations are taken which is refundable within the cancellation period.

Accessibility

The Stanton House Inn is a historic property and therefore is not limited to ADA requirements. If you have any questions about accessibility, please contact us before booking.
