- Peak Season (May-October) Seven (7) days cancellation notice is required. Cancellations within the 7-day period are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total stay or one-night charge for room(s) reserved, whichever is greater.

- Off Peak Season (November-April) Three (3) days cancellation notice is required. Cancellations within the 3-day period are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total stay or one-night charge for room(s) reserved, whichever is greater.

- Holiday, Holiday weekends, Special Event weekends, and any two (2) or more rooms reserved any time of the year are subject to the Peak Season cancellation policy

- Shortened stays and no shows will be responsible for the entire cost of the stay reservation.

Children: We ask that children be at least 10 years of age. Age requirement exceptions made for special events, weddings, or whole house reservations.

Pets: We love animals, but as a courtesy to guests who may have allergies we do ask you to find other accommodations for pets.

Smoking: There are outside designated smoking areas on the premises, outside smoking ONLY
