Terms & Conditions

Deposits & Payments:
A deposit is taken at the time of reservation and a valid credit card is required to confirm your reservation. The full balance will be charged to the credit card on file one day prior to your arrival, unless you have made alternative payment arrangements with us over the phone.

Check-In & Check-Out Policy:
Check-In time is any time after 3pm.

Check-Out time is any time before 11am.

Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted inside of the property/guest rooms.
