Final Payment is due 30 days prior to travel. Reservations canceled within 91 days of travel forfeit deposit of up to $250 per house. Cancellations 45 to 31 days prior to check in date: 50% refund and 50% cancellation fee may be applied to a future reservation. Cancellations 30 to 8 days of check in date: No refund. 50% may be applied toward future reservation. Cancellations 7 days or less and "no shows" : No refund, no credit. Unused portions of packages are not refundable for any reason including airline delays, weather or acts of God. We encourage that you purchase travel insurance separately.
