OUR POLICIES

• a 50% deposit is due at the time of reservation
• cancellation policy:
  • if you cancel your reservation 14 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will return your depoist, less a $100 cancellcation fee per room. for booking for 5 nigths and over the cancellation fee is $250.
  • if you cancel your reservation within the period of 13 to 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged the full amount of the depoist (50% of the total amount).
  • if you cancel your reservation less that 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged the total amount of your booking.
