Cancellation Policy

Please notify us if you need to cancel your reservation. While we understand that travel can be unpredictable and plans sometimes change, making a reservation at the B&B is quite different from making one with a major hotel. We have a very small staff and our entire schedule is built around our guests, so cancellations affect us dearly. Please understand that we must enforce our policies accordingly. Of course, we are happy to rearrange things within reason.

Cancellations with at least a 5 day notice will receive a full refund minus a $20 processing fee. If you cancel less than 5 days before your stay, we cannot issue you a refund. Reservations of two or more rooms have a 15-day cancellation policy, and will be charged at a rate of $20 per room. Reservations of 2 or more rooms cancelled with less than a 15 day notice will be charged full price. Once again, we cannot accept responsibility for inclement weather, changes in plans, personal sickness or injury, family emergencies, etc. We appreciate your understanding.
