Terms & Conditions

The Inn on Main has adopted the following policies for the care and comfort of our guests. By securing a reservation, the guest is acknowledging that they have read and agree with our stated policies. Please note our policies are subject to change.

Reservations
A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation and the full room rate will be charged at the time of booking. No personal checks are accepted. Rates are subject to availability and can change without prior notice.

Arrival & Departure
Our arrival time is 3pm and check out is 10am. Please understand that we cannot accommodate early arrivals due to the intimacy of the inn. Only registered overnight guests are allowed in the rooms. No shows, late arrivals and early departures are responsible for the full amount of their reservations.

Breakfast
Breakfast is served at 8am and typically will include freshly prepared hot dishes and sides. We are always prepared to accommodate special diets and are happy to do so with advanced notice. Please also advise if there is anything you just don't care for. Many dishes will include eggs, meats, bacon, sausage, spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, cheeses, yogurt, oatmeal, fruits, etc. Note that while we take every effort in food preparation, we cannot guarantee that food allergens won't transfer in accidental cross contact.

Smoking
Due to our insurance, as well as the health and safety of our guests, we are a non-smoking facility. For those who smoke inside their rooms or common areas, a $200.00 fumigation fee will be charged to their account and the guest/s will be asked to leave the facility.

Damages
You are responsible for any damages you cause to the facility or common areas and will be charged for the cost of repair or replacement.

Pets
We regret that we are unable to accept pets. A $300 fee will be charged for pets brought on the property.

Accessibility
In keeping with the historic preservation of our facility, we unfortunately do not have the appropriate access for persons confined to wheelchairs.
